About the Role
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing client relationships and identifying opportunities aligned with Exalit’s engineering and operational capabilities.
This role focuses on understanding client needs in offshore and maritime environments, translating them into structured technical solutions, and supporting the full cycle from initial contact to project initiation. The Sales Manager works closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure that proposed solutions are realistic, feasible and aligned with execution conditions.
Requirements
Experience in sales within offshore, maritime or industrial sectors
Understanding of technical services and engineering environments
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to structure client needs into clear solutions
