Responsibilities
Top Management
Responsible for the health and safety policy's effectiveness, ensuring it is integrated into all aspects of Exalit’s operations.
Managers and Supervisors
Responsible for implementing health and safety practices in their areas, ensuring employees adhere to safety procedures.
Take personal responsibility for their own health and safety and that of their colleagues by adhering to safety practices and reporting hazards or incidents.
Project Personnel
The Policy
This policy affirms Exalit’s commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace by preventing work-related injuries, ill health, and creating a culture of safety that engages every employee in the continuous improvement of health and safety performance.
Scope:
This policy applies to all Exalit employees, contractors, and visitors across all operations and activities.
Policy Statement:
Exalit is committed to:
• Protecting the health and safety of all personnel by minimizing the risks associated with our operations on offshore, onshore and maritime-related projects.
• Complying with applicable legal and other requirements related to health and safety.
• Continually improving the effectiveness of our occupational health and safety management system.

Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and manage health and safety risks related to our operations.
Training and Awareness:
Provide ongoing training and information to ensure employees are competent to perform their work safely.
Incident Reporting and Investigation:
Implement processes for reporting, investigating, and responding to health and safety incidents to prevent recurrence.
Resources:
Allocate sufficient resources to implement and maintain the health and safety management system.
Employee Involvement:
Encourage employee participation in health and safety matters, including consultation and representation on safety committees.
Emergency Preparedness:
Develop and maintain emergency plans and response procedures to manage health and safety incidents effectively.
Health and Well-being:
Promote health and well-being initiatives that support our employees’ physical and mental health.
Performance Monitoring:
Regularly review and evaluate health and safety performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
