The Policy

This policy outlines Exalit’s unwavering commitment to conducting business ethically and legally, specifically in relation to preventing bribery and corruption in all forms within its operations globally.

This policy applies to all Exalit employees, including management, staff, and contractors, as well as any third parties acting in Exalit's name.

Exalit strictly prohibits bribery in any form. This includes but is not limited to, offering, promising, giving, accepting, or seeking a bribe in any situation, whether directly or indirectly.

Reporting and Whistleblowing:

Employees are encouraged to report any suspected bribery or corruption incidents confidentially. Reports can be made to the designated Compliance Officer without fear of retaliation.

Enforcement:

Responsible for the health and safety policy's effectiveness, ensuring it is integrated into all aspects of Exalit’s operations.
